ASAP Express’s customer service staff is proactive, friendly, and professional in communicating with our customers. Our trained staff may be contacted via phone or email. Our staff will contact you personally the instant we become aware of any issue that may delay your customer’s delivery. We will inform you of the issue and explain the corrective action that will take place. We utilize a customer group email that will notify you first thing in the morning of any service issues due to weather or mechanical malfunction. We will also let you know which locations will be affected and approximate delivery times.
ASAP Express is woman-owned and locally operated with its home office in Omaha, Nebraska. We were founded in 1991 with the idea of providing next day early morning delivery services in this region at better prices than the bigger companies.
